Quality is Faith
Our Factory has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification. Each batch of raw materials must pass 16 tests including heavy metal content and allergen resistance before they can be put into production. Our quality control team implements the "three-stage quality inspection method":
1. Quality inspection upon raw material entry.
2. Real-time monitoring of production processes: Key nodes are inspected every 2 hours;
3. Aging test of finished products for 48 hours: Simulating 3 years of usage wear and tear, ensuring zero defects in delivery.
